Samantha LaMar is the founder and CEO of Workforce Health Analytics, an Indiana-based corporate wellness company focused on helping individuals and organizations improve health, mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry — including 8 years in corporate fitness and wellness — Samantha is passionate about creating practical, sustainable wellness solutions that meet people where they are. She believes health should feel encouraging, empowering, and accessible — not intimidating.
Through Workforce Health Analytics, Samantha partners with businesses and communities to provide on-site assisted stretching, personal training, fitness assessments, wellness workshops, and group fitness programs designed to support employee well-being, reduce stress, and improve physical function and energy.
Known for her caring and personable approach, Samantha works with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners looking to improve mobility and confidence to active adults focused on maintaining strength, independence, and long-term health.
As a mother, entrepreneur, and wellness professional, Samantha understands the real-life challenges of balancing health, work, family, and everyday stress. Her mission is to help people feel stronger, healthier, and more capable so they can fully enjoy their work, families, and lives.

Carly Shell is originally from Covington, Ohio and attended Ohio University where she received a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training in 2020. She developed her skills in injury prevention, manual therapy, and rehabilitation to keep athletes of all abilities in the game. She continued her education at Ohio University with a Masters of Public Health in 2022 combining physical health with mental health to focus on the individual as a whole. While at school, she was a D1 athlete competing in cross country and track and field, focusing on javelin for her last three years and finishing her career at the MAC Championships in javelin.
After graduation, Carly worked in specialty running, using her experience in biomechanics and injury prevention to provide expert knowledge to runners, walkers, and the surrounding communities. She spent time as an Activities Aide in Memory Care providing individual assessments and care programs that tied in physical and mental wellness to her residents. Carly is passionate about helping people feel their best so that they can enjoy life to its fullest.

Corbin Jones serves as the Business Development and Client Success Manager, where he works closely with current clients to maintain strong partnerships while also identifying new opportunities to help grow the business. He prides himself on being versatile and dependable, always willing to contribute wherever the team needs support.
A 2026 graduate of Ball State University with a degree in Professional Sales, Corbin developed his passion for sales through three years of experience as a footwear associate, where he built a strong foundation in customer engagement and relationship-building.
Outside the office, Corbin enjoys spending time with friends, staying fit, and continuously challenging himself both personally and professionally.
